A required ACCEPTANCE SUBMISSION FORM will be sent for completion to all approved submissions for notification, permission and networking/promotional purposes.

1. Send unpublished images HI-RES (300 DPI) uploaded via DROPBOX.com to editor@fashionfacesmag.com (Please adjust image size to no larger than 5MB)
2. (Subject Line) SUBMISSION: YOUR NAME, EDITORIAL TITLE & SUBMISSION DATE (Ex: SUBMISSION-JOHN-DOE-TITLE-MO.13)
3. Images must be in .JPG, Content: Credits, Bio, Interviews in .RTF or.DOC
4. Nudes and seductive imagery will not be considered for publication.
5. Please DO NOT SUBMIT ZIP FILE FOR PREVIEW. Submission rejection.
6. No e-mails above 15MB. Do NOT embed images within email. Submission rejection.
7. Consider various distances, outfits, poses and settings for layout purposes
8. Submissions should show-off your whole team's best work
9. Beauty Spreads must include options of at least 4-6 images
10. Fashion Spreads must include options of at least 7-15 images
11. Prepare all team credits & Photographer's permissions (.rtf preferred) for Complete required SUBMISSION ACCEPTANCE FORM sent upon approval. No embedded credits on images accepted.
12. No previously published work will be considered. Please consult your team to verify publication history.
13. Due to the vast number of monthly submissions our team does their best to review submissions and reply in a timely manner.
14. Disclaimer: Submitting your work does not guarantee your work will be featured in the magazine.
15. Written content is also accepted for content. If you are a journalist or blogger, we are happy to consider your contribution! Interviews, Tips & tricks, Event + Travel.
